Gold Coast Tiger Bay Club reserves the right to limit refunds to the following:

  1. Event Tickets – Refunds for Event Tickets are given up to 48 hours before an event. Refunds are not given for Event Tickets past 48 hours before the event. For example if the event is on a Wednesday, starting at 11:30am, refunds will be issued for ticket cancellation notices sent to howard@trnusa.com only up until the Monday before the event, at 11:30.
  2. Membership Refunds – Refunds for Membership to Gold Coast Tiger Bay Club are only available 1 month after payment for new membership. Refunds are not given for new memberships that are past one month from the initial payment. Refunds are not issued for recurring membership payments.
  3. Sponsorship Refunds – Refunds are not given for sponsorship opportunities.
